For customer-facing roles, onboarding provides the skills and confidence to hit the ground running and ramp quickly.
The Sr. Manager, Onboarding & Content will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all GTM role-specific onboarding programs along with the maintenance and design of the OneTrust CMS and LMS systems. This role is global and will require collaboration with teams across the Americas, Canada, EMEA, and APAC. This role will require international travel.
Your MissionThis person will be evaluating the current Revenue Onboarding program while doing research on best practices from world-class Revenue Enablement training programs. They will be coordinating with the Global L&D organization, Product and Field Enablement Teams, and Facilities Teams to continually perfect and analyze the success of each role-based program. This person will start by familiarizing themselves with the current GTM Onboarding paths, determining where modifications must be made, and creating a roadmap for new programs, including promotion paths for internal role changes. This person will also own the OneTrust CMS and LMS programs, including the required audits, design, and organization of those systems and tools.
Success in this role looks like:
Quickly assessing the current state of our onboarding paths and providing insights for modifications to drive higher impact.
Working with L&D to create a seamless onboarding experience from HR-level foundations training to role-specific onboarding.
Organizing and designing future role-specific onboarding programs for new departments across the GTM organization.
Auditing and redesigning the CMS and LMS systems to support quicker time to value for GTM Team members.
You Are
Enthusiastic and positive

Self-motivated and confident in ability to design, build, and lead new programs
An excellent communicator
Experience with Sharepoint CMS and Seismic Learning (Lessonly) LMS
Ability to lead team members with vision and drive execution
Certified in or has experience in Value Selling Methodology and MEDDPICC
Understands onboarding analytics and can clearly articulate outcomes with data
At least 5 years of experience executing on enablement programs
At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in onboarding or similar role
Experience and proof of delivering training across multiple segments/teams
A strong background in SaaS software industry
Salesforce and Microsoft proficient
3-5 years of direct GTM role experience, preferably in Sales
Command of Message Certified
Knowledge of the legal/regulatory/compliance market
Experience in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, or Consent Management
