$54 - 59 per hourOur client is seeking an experienced

UX Designer

to shape and refine user experiences within the context of their broader user journey.As a key partner to Product Managers and Engineers, you will be involved in the prioritization, planning, and execution of design solutions. While expertise across all areas is not expected, we value comfort throughout the design process and a commitment to continually advancing your skill set.Responsibilities:

Design and redesign product experiences across brand offerings.Participate in user research to better understand needs and behaviors, and in usability testing to assess solutions, with guidance from Experience Researchers.Advocate for the user’s perspective when collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to plan roadmaps, gather requirements, and structure the work.Explore different options through ideation and prototyping, including unexpected but viable solutions.Create user flows, wireframes, and diagrams to map out the interactivity of the product ecosystem, including omnichannel interactions.Produce detailed UI designs built upon the established Design System to bring solutions to life.Present work, demonstrating how design decisions align with business goals.Qualifications:

Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 6 years of experienceBachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interface, User Experience Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.Self-directed, with the ability to plan, structure, and execute work at expected quality levels.Collaborative experience within design teams (UX researchers, content designers) and cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.Advanced skills in Interaction Design and either Visual/UI Design or Information Architecture; intermediate proficiency in adjacent skills like User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.Ability to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities shaped your design solutions.Strong

communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with cross-functional leadership.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Strong

advocate for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design principles.Proven experience in shipping multiple successful digital products with a user-centered design approach.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, along with knowledge of mobile UI standards.Clear understanding of how design aligns with broader business value.
