Up to $180,000 p/a Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a New York based Beauty brand on their search for a Director, Lifecycle Marketing or Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing. The business is a disruptive player in the industry with several established and growing brands and products in their portfolio. This role will be responsible for a number of initiatives and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns, driving long term value, loyalty and engagement from customers, whilst identifying new customer growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, outcome and results driven and come with significant experience with a DTC, consumer focused brand across a breadth of lifecycle marketing channels, including CRM, Email, SMS and Application messaging. Please note: you must be commutable or local distance to NY City, this is a hybrid position, with regular travel to New York.

Director, Lifecycle Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a customer lifecycle strategy across activation, retention, and winback stages using data-driven triggers to increase engagement and retention. Oversee CRM programs and initiatives across channels and audiences.Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enable data-driven personalization, segmentation, and testing.Solve challenges creatively, especially in the absence of complete data.Use multi-channel strategies, data, and insights to identify and optimize lifecycle marketing opportunities.Create and manage segmentation and targeting for campaigns and workflows.Ensure timely and accurate reporting on key metrics, delivering insights to leadership.Work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.Build a scalable playbook for continual improvement of processes and metrics.Monitor trends and experiment with new channels and creative approaches.Manage and mentor a small CRM/email marketing teamAutomate workflows to support scaling.Director, Lifecycle Marketing Requirement:

Significant experience with lifecycle marketing, with hands-on campaign execution.Experienced in management, proven in developing talent.Expertise in segmentation, audience targeting, and turning data into actionable insights.Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing best practices and translating insights into briefs.Customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with diverse skills.Expertise with marketing automation platforms (ideally Braze) and identifying technical requirements for personalization.Familiarity with D2C subscription models and reporting.Proven success in test-and-learn program execution.Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.Analytical experience with tools like Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
