Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Process Design Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Mountain View, CO.
Responsibilities:Organize working groups & create process mapsListen to SMEs & notate process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)Depict information value streams and identify areas of wasteUtilize best practice facilitation techniques to engage SMEs/participantsChampion overall continuous improvement mission & spiritUnderstand big picture goals, team culture, and become an expert on assigned missionsInfuse Lean & Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvementsCommunicate strategic improvement ideas and lead priorities set by the businessDeliver effective process standardization that prioritizes human beingsOrganize & communicate information efficientlyEnable Technology teams to deliver optimized solutionsCreate/execute clear plans to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned
Requirements:Strong people skills / facilitation skillsStrong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)Detail oriented and highly organizedProblem solving and logical thinkingPersuasion skills / able to influence othersBusiness process notation and conceptual designBusiness case development & business requirements analysisPassion for continuous improvementFormal training/certification in Lean, Six Sigma and/or other process quality methodologiesAbility to utilize logic & reason to navigate complex problem solvingAbility to navigate complex security technology environmentsExperience using Visio or other Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN) tools
