is searching for an experienced part-time Technical Director/Teleprompter Operator to join our growing news team. You will lead fast-paced, graphics-intensive newscasts and other live and recorded locally produced programs including baseball and football on CBS58, WMLW, and Telemundo Wisconsin.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a control room during live programming, and familiarity with automated production systems, iNews, and robotic camera systems. Must exhibit the ability to learn all components of the studio and control room to ensure quality standards, troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly to changes, and make good judgments in tense situations. Hours for this position will be mornings, including weekends and holidays, with the opportunity for additional hours. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
