Our client, an e-commerce leader, is looking for a freelance Senior UX Designer to conceive of, plan, lead, and execute new shopping experiences that eliminate customers' biggest barriers to purchasing items online. This role will work at the intersection of customer data, computer vision and machine learning models, leveraging deep personalization to design elegant solutions to customer needs in the fashion space.
Rate: $75hr-80hrResponsibilities:
You're a systems oriented design thinker who envisions and crafts holistic solutions for your users that span the entire customer journey.You see patterns and connect dots as part of your daily process.You are passionate about working strategically with internal and external executives and other senior leaders to create and deliver visionary and customer-focused solutions.You design experiences that visually provoke and captivate.You are an empathic teammate who flourishes when collaborating closely with other disciplines and partners.You are a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity and is comfortable wearing many hats.Requirements:
8+ years of UX or interaction design experience, with 3+ years being in a lead product design, or equivalent, roleKnowledge of usability principles and techniquesKnowledge of best practices for information architecture and designExperience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite'Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps
