Positive Overview:

The Creative Project Manager reports to the Tilray Beverages Creative Director and works closely with Marketing Team to support our brands by helping to traffic assignments for a team of graphic designers who develop packaging, point-of-sale materials, advertising, signage, web graphics, presentation decks, merchandise, and more. Applicants should have strong project management skills to help direct the design team's workflow, lead meetings as needed, and provide updates to stakeholders such as brand managers, packaging procurement managers, leadership teams, etc.

A creative mind for art as well as problem solving is a plus. A candidate with working knowledge of graphic design, studio art, ad agency experience, or similar areas of expertise would have an advantage. If time and bandwidth allow, the project manager may be asked to help out with light design tasks such as laying out PowerPoint presentations or saving out resizes for print.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Project Management

Coordinate and manage the workflow of multiple design projects from inception to completion.Act as a liaison between the creative team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to ensure efficient project execution.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.Create and maintain project tracking documents.Assisting with other admin tasks such as shipping packages, checking on invoice payments, helping with file organization on shared servers, reading and writing emails, compiling reports, etc.Interface with vendors such as partner agencies, freelance designers, printers, and packaging manufacturers.Run traffic meetings where creative director and brand managers review workload and priorities.Possible Design and Marketing Tasks

Participating in brainstorming sessions to ideate new products and product names, possible campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.Proof reading and checking jobs before they go to print.Working in PowerPoint and Adobe CS to create next level presentations.Production level work in Adobe CS such as resizing, saving out file types, etc.Qualifications:

Experience in a traffic management role at an agency or similar.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.Project management certification a plus.Eagerness to learn about the bev-alc industry and about the processes of graphic design and printing.Mastery of Microsoft Office apps.Knowledge of Smartsheet or similar tools a plus.Some skills in Adobe Creative Cloud apps.Ability to build and edit decks in Microsoft PowerPoint.Team oriented player, as well as self-motivated.Passionate about craft beer and has a sense of humor
