The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and creating marketing material for a portfolio of assets. This role will work independently and collaboratively to successfully guide projects from concept to execution. You must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle a high volume of projects.Reports to:

The duties listed below are an outline of the Graphic Designer’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.Assess design requests as they are received in the marketing request platform and prioritize workload based on portfolio needs.Collaborate with Site Managers and Regional Directors to understand project assignments, audience, and intended message.Design and format marketing material including print, digital and promotional items that adhere to Landmark brand standards.Review and edit projects to ensure accuracy.Assist the Art Director and Creative Team with developing brand-consistent advertising campaigns and creating new brands and logos.Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.Complete corporate projects as assigned.Education & ExperienceTo be considered for the position, you must present a strong portfolio of designs, illustrations, and other graphics.2+ years of graphic design experience preferred.Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Communication, Advertising Design, or other related degree preferred.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAdobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft Office SuiteStudent Housing/Property Management experience preferred.Ability to meet deadlines as assigned.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
