The team is comprised of experts in Digital, Web, Growth, and Campaigns, working cohesively to execute high-impact strategies that accelerate pipeline growth.Your RoleLead Demand Generation Strategy:

Oversee and execute demand generation efforts for the Global Demand Center, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.Manage Digital and Web Initiatives:

Collaborate closely with Directors and their teams to drive high-performing digital and web strategies that contribute to overall growth.Drive Key Growth Initiatives:

Spearhead critical projects such as Pipeline Acceleration, implementing strategies that directly impact business outcomes.Enhance Marketing Efficiency:

Leverage cutting-edge technologies like dynamic personalization and Generative AI to optimize marketing processes and improve the customer journey.Collaborate Across Functions:

Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.What You Will Bring8+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABX at a SaaS company – proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue goals.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – or equivalent work experience.Strong leadership and team management skills – demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Expertise in Digital and Web strategies – experience shepherd digital growth initiatives and overseeing web projects.Project management proficiency – capable of managing end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally – experience working with Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations teams to meet targets.
