Alongside our teams of Product Managers and Engineers, we will collectively deliver top-tier digital products for global industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships within the context of the product design process, including:
Lead workshops
Facilitate design reviews
Conduct user research
Define and document user personas
Create sitemaps, user-flows, wireframes, interface designs, style guides, and more
Participate in day-to-day operations of key client engagements, including:
Contribute to and maintain product backlogs
Participate in agile ceremonies with globally dispersed teams
Foster communication between client stakeholders and development teams
Conduct product demos and presentations
Facilitate product usability testing sessions
Drive new business initiatives and foster client success through:
Run requirements gathering workshops
Collaborate with team members to produce estimates for client proposals
Advise current clients on product direction based on quantifiable research
Identify opportunities for new workstreams and solutions within existing engagements
Contribute to our growing Product Design practice through:
Share knowledge and best practices
Demonstrate consistent leadership in design
Requirements
BS or BA degree
Prior UX and/or UI design experience working with digital products in an agency, large consultancy, or product company.
Proficient with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and InVision
Ability to quickly grasp technical and business concepts and turn potentially nebulous client visions into detailed and robust product solutions.
Demonstrable understanding of Agile methodologies
Succinct and effective communication skills, does not use 10 words when three will do
Ability to lead through influence
Availability to travel to client sites and other company offices as necessary
