Senior Product Marketing Manager
based in
Sidney, OH
. Reporting to the Director - Residential Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for market and product strategy, and execution for the Residential AC business.
AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Strategy
Identify, analyze, and prioritize business opportunities for profitable growth for future product innovation.
Create a leading market position within each residential market segment and develop the capabilities needed to create implementable market strategies.
Drive alignment with our product-focused organization on commercial strategy.
Support regulatory and customer communications to ensure alignment with future trends.
Develop and implement multi-generational product strategies to meet future market needs.
Execution
Key player in technology/product conceptualization, development, and execution.
Support market research priorities and tasks to support data driven technology/product directions.
Guide advance technology and R&D engineering teams to develop future technology and market trends.
Work with sales and adjacent market leaders to validate strategic plans.
Support market analysis of proposed regulations, policies, incentives, market trends, etc.
Assist with customer engagements for future technology development.
Understanding
Engage directly with customers and industry.
Prioritize and support market, customer, solution, and product research.
Capture current product directions and medium to long-term product and solution needs.
Conduct market analysis – Emphasis on heating market opportunity.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelors in marketing, engineering, business, or related field
7+ years of marketing, customer, engineering, product or related B2B experience
Experience in executing strategy and product management.
Technical aptitude and business acumen
Strong leadership and communication skills
Product marketing/business development knowledge
Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
MBA
HVAC industry experience
Highly effective leader with demonstrated business, technical, and team efficacy
Technical education/experience
Work Authorization
