The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.As a Content Marketing Manager at Tacton, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and customer engagement. Reporting to Lori McInerney, SVP Global Marketing, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy. Your work will be instrumental in bridging the gap between product, marketing, and sales by creating thought leadership and educational content that clearly articulates our product value and market differentiation.What You Will DoDevelop and own the monthly content calendar and blog.Develop and own the monthly social media calendar and execute across key social platforms.Create/Write, manage, and optimize content assets such as blogs, case studies, white papers, reports, eBooks, webinars, and product videos.Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn technical concepts into easily digestible content.Support lead-generation campaigns through targeted content and messaging.Personalize and tailor messaging and content to different audiences by persona and vertical.Assist with product launches by creating product one-sheets, solution guides, videos, sales presentations, and sales enablement materials.Collaborate with demand generation, PR, product marketing, social media, and events teams to ensure consistent messaging and content.Support customer events by creating event-specific content and collateral.Work closely with demand generation on email cadences for marketing sends and SDR outreach.Requirements4-6+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.Proven ability to create content that educates and engages target audiences.Strong understanding of the B2B buying process and how to map content to various stages of the customer journey.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.Familiarity with SaaS products and enterprise software.Experience with SEO best practices and digital content strategies.You should be able to work from the Tacton office in Chicago about three days per week.Who Will Thrive in This RoleTo thrive in this role, one must efficiently manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
