Brand Marketing Manager , you will help drive interest and demand for our Outdoors products and services, including Larson and Therma-Tru Doors.

You will be responsible for

developing and executing effective brand strategies

that align with our company's vision, values, and goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercialization Marketing, Sales, and Category Management, to ensure consistency and alignment in

brand messaging

across all touchpoints spanning diverse channels,

encompassing content strategies and targeted campaigns from email marketing to social media.

This is an

individual contributor

role reporting to the Sr Director of Brand Marketing for Outdoors.

The

ideal candidate

will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, brand management or communications and

(5+) years’ experience in brand marketing (social campaigns, media, digital),

preferably in the building materials and/or consumer products/retail industry.

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals.

Conduct brand market research, consumer insights, and outside research to identify opportunities and develop brand strategy.

Strategizes with the Brand Communications team in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing, to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.

Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that highlight our sustainability initiatives.

Engage with external partners/vendors for the development of key content development projects. Ensure that the creative direction given to agencies aligns with the brand message.

Maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoints.

Monitor and review brand performance metrics, market trends, and the outside landscape to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and identify areas for optimization.

Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to optimize brand presence and consumer engagement.

Assist Senior Director, Brand Marketing – Doors in planning and management of the Brand Development budgets to optimize marketing investment and support forecast expectations and business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications preferred.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the building materials / consumer products/retail industry.

Knowledge in developing and writing multi-channel content including social media, digital content management, and storytelling.
