Manager, Digital Growth Marketing

The Manager of Digital Growth Marketing is responsible for supporting the development of Pizza Hut’s strategic growth plan to increase digital sales from our first party web and app solutions. They will work closely with cross functional teams to bring input into the plan and to execute efforts across performance marketing, creative, CER and digital merchandising, managing a holistic strategy to deliver the best possible customer experience across touchpoints.

Strategic (15%)

Is a consistent presence in cross-functional manager meetings as the voice of the customer experience across touchpoints, inputting into recommendations and proposals that come to leadership.

Support agency management and internal cross-functional meetings in efforts to map end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring all teams are brought along in thinking and plans.

Innovation (40%)

Support piloting key marketing innovations that will uplevel the digital customer experience, driving the execution in partnership with teams that will most likely take over running the new innovation once established (new loyalty program, CMS use cases, gamification).

BAU (45%)

Lead the aggregation of key metrics across functions that are critical to regularly monitoring and understanding impact of marketing efforts on our digital business.

Develop and lead the reporting key KPIs through customer & marketing strategy lens (conversion, contribution to business, marketing ingress points and quality of traffic)

Primary POC between marketing and Digital & Technology working teams to lead marketing input into D&T roadmap and ensure marketing understands and is prepared for releases

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

Required:

5+ years of experience driving digital channel growth strategies across 1P

Deep understanding of both marketing/customer AND e-Commerce to translate between organizations

Excellent analytical skills with ability to derive business-driving insights from complex data sets

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, successfully collaborating with PR, Social, digital, brand, agencies and strategy teams

Detail & solution oriented. A self-starter who is adept at managing multiple project timelines, schedules and budgets. Works well in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in restaurant, QSR, franchise experience

Experience with data analytics and reporting

Experience in marketing (performance or brand)

Experience driving complex, cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $118,500 to $139,400 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
