Position : Global Marketing Management
Location : Warwick, RI

Description:
Dynamic individual to support Marketing Product Managers by:
Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral including: product brochures, clinical summaries, digital marketing campaigns, case reports, presentations, FAQ summaries, podcasts and other key materials as needed
Engaging with third party and internal design teams to ensure brand compliance of new materials
Writing content to support internal department activities, such as patient stories, instructional information, and marketing updates
Utilizing templates to generate internal documents such as email communications and announcements
Managing the referencing, support, and tracking of marketing materials via electronic document control system
Liaising with the sales team as marketing point of contact to triage issues and re-direct inquiries as appropriate
Providing support to Marketing Communications and Strategic Events as needed, including the management of local/regional meetings paperwork, organizing booth supplies pre and post meetings, organizing literature drawers (by date and product)
Coordinating procurement, packing, shipment and tracking of product samples to support the Strategic Events team
Plan meetings, source catering
Other tasks to support the business as needed
Skill set:
1-2 years professional experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage projects and multi-task
Tech savvy, familiar with social media trends
Willingness to ask questions and engage with multi-disciplinary team
Flexibility, willingness to adapt
Dynamic personality, ability to work with a diverse group
High proficiency with MS Office, including:
Excel, PowerPoint, WORD, Outlook
