This person will be building out some of the email
Needs someone who is going to be developing the components in marketing cloud
The specialists don't do the components of development with the ampscript etc.
Moving from a drag and drop product to building out the components
Understanding Email marketing campaigns would be a huge plus
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Tasks will be allocated - set email program for the year - pre assigned
Using workfront - will get a task that they need to help with developing for a specific campaign
Then there is IT work that is less about campaigns and more about projects
Their team runs between execution and projects
Executes first always on execution based work and this will be a pretty focused environment will be project based and will be pulled in on execution as needed
Will be more focused on the template capabilities
Data extraction capabilities would be a plus
One big gap that they have is analytics - any sort of analytics experience if they are proficent in writing SQL
