What We Are Looking For
We are l ooking for an amazing, data-driven candidate with exceptional people skills and a creative mind who wants to be part of a growing company at our brand new office in Akron, Ohio. This candidate will help build strategic marketing sequences and workflows for our clients.
Your efforts will be of significant importance to attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for our clients, and nurturing those leads to close into long-standing customers.

We develop custom full-service marketing strategies that frequently change as our market adapts. Earlier this year, we recently moved into a brand new office in Akron!
The ideal Candidate must
have a knack for fast-paced learning and pure love of working with clients.
Job Responsibilities:Publishing content in the form of blog posts, press releases and other materials.Gathering client information to serve as additional content topics for the following month.Preparing video breakdowns of client performance as needed.Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.Building out ad campaigns for clients through Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other Remarketing ToolsPreparing detailed reports for clients using Google Data Studio and other platformsContributing to long-form content projects such as ebooks, guides, and articles.Conducting analytical projects to improve website strategies/tactics.Growing website subscribers, converting visitors into leads, and expanding our clients' overall reach in their respective markets.Responding to Clients' requests and providing them with updates as needed.Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google AnalyticsPosition Requirements:
A passion and a strong determination to understand a client's needs and take actionable steps to meet those needs.An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale our website marketing strategies and tactics.Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.Bachelor's degree requiredExperience with HubSpot and WordPress is PreferredExperience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is PreferredBenefits
