Position Overview:
We seek a talented, detail-oriented Designer to join our product team. This full-time role will focus on creating visually compelling and sophisticated products, packaging, and designs that align with our brand's luxury aesthetic. The ideal candidate has a background in product design, graphic design and packaging, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for elevating brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop products and packaging solutions reflecting the brand's luxury identity and integrity.
• Creating detailed Tech Packs with product specifications.
• Assist in the creation of concept and product presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create luxurious graphics for packaging, marketing materials, and special projects.
• Ensure all designs meet the brand's visual standards while balancing functionality and visual appeal.
• Reviewing samples and making comments on execution.
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, including packaging mock-ups, print materials, and digital assets.
• Work closely with sourcing manager and vendors to ensure packaging design is executed with precision and quality.
• Maintain consistency across all packaging and graphic design elements, adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of professional design experience, with at least two years of experience in packaging design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design, ideally within a luxury or premium brand environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Rhino, Google Suite/MS Office.
• Solid understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
• Experience creating illustrations and patterns is a plus.

Location & Hours:
This role requires twice weekly in-office work in our Secaucus, NJ office.
