The Opportunity

As a Product Marketing Manager at ModernFi, you will work directly with the founding team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, activation, and adoption of ModernFi's innovative products. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and driving growth, working across teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight our unique value propositions. Your efforts will help small and midsize banks better serve their communities, contributing to the financial health of millions of Americans.

The Role
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with ModernFi's business goals
  • Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant messaging
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage marketing content across various channels (digital, events, etc.)
  • Analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategy
  • Train and support sales teams on product messaging and value propositions
  • Maintain a high level of organization around marketing content and campaigns, and further marketing best practices (metrics, analytics, attribution, exposure, etc.)
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of developing successful product marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
  • High level of organization and professionalism, and comfort with data-driven marketing practices
  • Ability to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and skill
