About You:

WITHIN is seeking a versatile Google Marketing Account Manager who is passionate about leading comprehensive Google Ads campaigns within our dynamic integrated marketing team. You will take ownership of planning, designing, and managing campaigns across the entire Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Generation. Additionally, you will leverage SA360 for advanced campaign management, optimization, and reporting, particularly for clients with complex, large-scale campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at using the latest Google Ads tools and techniques to drive business growth across large client accounts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Lead the creation, execution, and management of campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max. Develop keyword strategies, creative assets, and audience targeting plans that leverage Google's automated bidding and machine learning capabilities. Utilize SA360 for managing and optimizing complex, multi-channel campaigns efficiently.
  • Multi-Channel Demand Generation: Design and implement demand generation strategies that span Google Ads' full range of campaign types, ensuring seamless integration across channels. Drive customer acquisition and engagement through strategic, multi-channel initiatives that maximize ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization & Innovation: Utilize advanced data analytics and Google Ads tools, including Smart Bidding, Responsive Ads, and Dynamic Search Ads, to continuously optimize campaigns. Innovate by testing new features, bid strategies, and ad formats to stay ahead of industry trends and improve campaign performance. Use SA360's capabilities for enhanced optimization and cross-channel insights.
  • Budget Management & Strategic Allocation: Develop and manage complex budget models that optimize spend across multiple Google Ads formats. Provide data-driven recommendations to adjust budgets in response to client objectives and market dynamics, leveraging SA360 for advanced budget management and reporting.
  • Privacy & Compliance: Stay current with evolving privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Ensure all campaigns comply with these regulations and align with Google's privacy-first policies, including the use of first-party data and alternative measurement solutions.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Lead experimentation efforts to validate new Google Ads features and strategies. Utilize tools like Google's drafts & experiments and ad variations to refine and enhance campaign effectiveness. Leverage SA360's testing capabilities for more precise and scalable experimentation.
  • Reporting & Strategic Insights: Deliver detailed reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Data Studio, SA360, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Provide guidance on leveraging Google's evolving tools and platforms to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, with a minimum of 3 years of experience across Search, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max
  • Experience managing $1M+ annual budgets across multiple Google Ads formats, with a focus on automation and AI-driven strategies
  • Expertise in SA360, with experience in managing large-scale, complex campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads automation tools, including Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and Responsive Ads
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Data Studio, and SA360, with a focus on privacy-compliant measurement strategies
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail and adherence to industry best practices
  • Experience in training, managing, and mentoring junior digital marketers in a rapidly evolving environment
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in e-commerce and retail advertising
  • Expertise in feed management and testing
  • YouTube and Performance Max campaign management experience
  • Knowledge of cross-channel attribution and incrementality measurement
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Scripts, API, and SA360 for automation
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads and other search platforms
  • Understanding of statistical measurement, including MTA/MMM attribution methodology
  • In-depth knowledge of evolving privacy regulations and their impact on digital advertising

Base salary based on education, experience, and skills level ($63,900-$203,500)
  • Level 0 - $63,900-$85,000
    • Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis
  • Level 1 - $85,000-$90,000
    • Developing Level - Meets qualifications on a modest basis
  • Level 2 - $90,000-$102,5000
    • Junior level - Exceeds qualifications on a moderate basis
  • Level 3 - $102,500-$130,000
    • Middle Level - Exceeds qualifications on a strong basis
  • Level 4 - $130,000-$166,750
    • Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
  • Level 5 - $166,750-$203,500
    • Senior Level - Exceeds qualifications on an outstanding basis
