What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a talented and driven analyst to join our lean but impactful GTM Planning and Analytics team within the RevOps organization at Meltwater. In this role you will report to the Senior Director of GTM Planning & Analytics, and collaborate closely with the Director, Marketing Analytics to support our global marketing organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a robust reporting framework that empowers marketing leaders to gain insights into performance and make informed decisions on budget allocation.
This role offers a high level of ownership and accountability across the entire marketing analytics process. You will be involved in co-creating the roadmap, designing and deploying new dashboards and analytics, and crafting narratives that communicate marketing performance to senior leadership. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain visibility into broader go-to-market initiatives, contributing to the overarching business narrative.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate on Marketing Analytics Roadmap: Partner with the Director of Marketing Analytics to develop a marketing analytics roadmap.
- Own the Marketing Data Infrastructure: Lead a work stream to unify and improve data availability from various tools and sources, ensuring that marketing program owners and stakeholders have access to reliable data models for better decision-making.
- Develop and Manage Reporting Frameworks: Design, implement, and manage dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce to track key performance metrics and produce actionable insights (e.g., Marketing sourced ACV, funnel performance & conversion rates, cost efficiency & ROI)
- Drive Consistent Reporting and Insights Across Global Teams: Maintain consistent reporting cadences across the global marketing organization, using data to communicate performance, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately ensure that marketing leaders are optimally deploying resources (and time)
- Support Digital and Campaign Analytics: Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, including paid social, content, email, brand campaigns, and global websites, developing insights to inform and optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Own the Narrative: Partner with the Director of Marketing Analytics to consolidate insights and produce a monthly narrative on marketing performance and impact on the overall go to market results. This narrative will be leveraged by the VP of Demand Generation to present to our CSO, CRO, CEO, and Board of Directors on results and key focus areas going forward.
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst, Data Analyst, Analytics Manager or similar role; B2B experience is a plus.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
- Willingness to occasionally work extended hours when required
- Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling and time management
- Ability to translate raw data into a compelling narrative that articulates the key takeaways / focus areas
- Strong working knowledge of,Tableau, Salesforce, and Snowflake (or comparable)

Compensation Overview:
- Competitive compensation - Base Salary range for this position: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD per year before bonuses. The company also offers for this position 5% quarterly bonuses [subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan]
