JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the growth of PRI programs according to their unique needs. This role will collaborate with program teams to deliver best in class results that generate actional leads and positions PRI as a thought leader in the marketplace. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for understanding program goals and utilizing this knowledge to develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and tactics. This position is also responsible for defining marketing projects for implementation by staff and agencies, establishing appropriate metrics and analyzing overall results of marketing strategies, and interface with PRI program teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Attain deep and meaningful understanding of PRI's strategic plan, industry/sector-specific dynamics, program portfolio plans, customer data, market surveys, customer activity trends, and independent observations to develop and implement marketing communication tactics to support PRI programs
  • Drive collaboration and development of high-impact marketing plans and programs for new product development/go-to-market as well as existing activities by pro-actively developing strong business relationships and becoming embedded in program teams.
  • Actively manage status of ongoing marketing projects and elevate potential issues/roadblocks to appropriate levels for proper and timely mitigation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and the assigned program teams on administration/execution of assigned activities.
  • Collaborate with Content Specialist to align program goals in the development of engaging and compelling content needed to generate a content marketing engine that supports customer, member and prospect needs feeding the integrated communications plans.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or related field and/or professional qualification(s)
  • 4-5 years of experience implementing integrated marketing communications strategies and programs, required
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing, required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products is required
  • Experience in B2B/B2C/professional services, desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, required
  • Strong process orientation, organizational and planning skills, required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills, required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, required
  • Ability to adapt to continuously changing deadlines and priorities, desired
  • Ability to contribute to team and self-guided projects and activities, desired
  • Experience in additional marketing and sales related software, desired (Marketo, CRM/Salesforce/ACT, etc.)
  • Experience in content based marketing and messaging development and execution inclusive of SEO, SEM, digital and social media marketing methods, a plus
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, communication, and visual intelligence skills
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to run analysis and campaign performance using a variety of tools including Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Experience developing and writing content including ad and marketing copy such as brochures, bulletins, newsletter articles, letters, and flyers a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
