Duties and Responsibilities:
Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.Assist in developing sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.Assist with planning and sales forecasting.Monitor sales targets closely and propose sales recovery plans for shortfalls.Grow Market Share in existing business through Distributor Development.Develop and manage good commercial relationship with all clients.Manage existing accounts/distributors.Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns, color shop implementation, trade promotions and provide feedback on post-mortem.Participate in company events such as trade shows, exhibitions and product seminars.Supply Commercial Export Manager with oral and written weekly reports.Keep abreast of market conditions, customer trends, competition, export trade and promotional activities.Assist with pricing surveys and competitive analysis.Keep informed of pricing structures, price changes, tariffs, promotions, product mix, costing analysis, inventory supply, product developments, and packaging updates and communicate with customers as required to protect market share and sales orders.Monitor each stage of the export sale process for quality service inclusive of after-sales support.Review monthly export customers stock and sales reports and propose depletion plans on slow movers for a healthy sales cycle.Work closely with export customers to ensure that inventory management as it relates to stock rotation.Address Export Customer Complaints and follow-up with integrated departments for appropriate action.Adhere to all export sales, corporate and divisional policies.Requirements:University Degree in Marketing or International Business or any equivalent qualificationsA minimum of five (5) GCE/ CXC O’ Levels, two (2) of which must be English Language and MathematicsAt least 2-3 years’ experience working in the Caribbean region/Caribbean marketsAbility to work Flexible hours and ability to travel abroadAbility to speak Spanish will be an assetAbility to work in a fast pace, dynamic environmentA good working knowledge of Microsoft ApplicationsCandidate must own or have access to a good working motor vehicleValid PassportStrong Negotiation, Presentation, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
