Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Government RFP Writer to join our internal team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and managing government Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other bid documents. You will work closely with our CEO and Government Contracts Consultant to understand client requirements and develop winning proposals that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and analyze government RFPs and other bid documents to understand the requirements and scope of work.

- Collaborate with team members to develop winning proposals, contributing mightily to the scale of Northwest Talent Solutions.

- Write and edit proposal content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.

- Work with subject matter experts to gather technical information and incorporate it into proposals,

- Develop and maintain proposal templates and content library.

- Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely submission of proposals.

- Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback into final proposals.

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and government procurement regulations.

- Assist in the development of marketing materials and other business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in government RFP writing and management.

- Familiarity with government procurement regulations and processes.

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- High judgement and excellent project management and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ADOBE and other proposal management tools.

- Strong mathematics, computation and analytical skills.

- Experience in a staffing or talent acquisition industry is a plus.
