Division Marketing Director
Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a Division Marketing Director (DMD) to oversee Bonnell Aluminum's promotion, advertising, and marketing team's efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness that exemplifies the company's mission and connect with the values of the customers. In this role, the DMD plans, manages, and oversees all aspects of the marketing department to effectively promote the company's products and brand. Responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns and measuring the return on investment of various advertising methods. The incumbent will lead the marketing team in the development and distribution of promotional content to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:Responsible for making high-level decisions regarding advertising campaigns.Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective.Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients.Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company.Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product and service.Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards.Develop employee training and on-boarding plans and or materials.Oversee negotiations and relationships with outside marketing agencies.Responsible for marketing departmental budgets.Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business or related field. A Master's degree in business administration is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Demonstrable experience leading and managing direct reports.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.Ability to lead groups and be decisive.Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines.Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.Proficient with analysis and design software.Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns, including SEO.A history of leading successful marketing teams.Coaching and subordinate involvementManaging processesSelf-motivated yet customer-focusedProficient in marketing research and statistical analysisExperience in producing and managing departmental budgetsFamiliar with financial planning and strategyOccasional travel - The job will require travel and overnight stays from time-to-time.Work Environment:
