We are searching for a leader with a background in Paid Social who will thoughtfully develop our talented team members and bring innovation and thought leadership to drive modern marketing solutions for a broad range of e-commerce clients.

How will you make a difference?

As an Associate Director of Paid Media, you'll lead a team of Paid Media Strategists and Paid Social Analysts, with a focus on driving growth for the Paid Social team while overseeing our clients' performance across Paid Media channels. You will use your Paid Media and digital marketing expertise to guide your team in creating and executing highly effective campaigns.

Our Associate Directors of Paid Media drive high performing teams by focusing on three main areas: driving digital marketing strategy across accounts to help clients reach and exceed their goals, creating a culture of executional excellence in which we strive for flawless work product, and cultivating a motivating and inclusive team environment that enables team members to learn and grow in their careers.

ROI strives to develop long-term partnerships with clients; our Associate Directors manage client relationships at the highest levels and work to foster a strong rapport to ensure year over year client retention and growth. Your strategic guidance on planning and optimizing digital marketing strategies, coaching on delivering exceptional client service, as well as facilitating collaboration across departments will be a critical aspect of success in this role.

What will you do?

Team Leadership & Personnel Development

Onboard, train, coach, mentor, support, and develop team members to build and sustain a high-performing, highly engaged team.Leverage your experience in Paid Media advertising to oversee the strategic processes of your team (wide-scale use of technologies and strategies) and the quality of your team's service (client visits, on-boarding process, client feedback/communication, executional excellence, etc.).Attend client calls on a regular basis to provide team members with positive and constructive feedback and identify broader strategic opportunities, ensuring we are always improving.Provide leadership on complex or urgent client issues, guiding the team to a highly effective resolution.Step in to directly manage Paid Media campaigns when necessary, ensuring seamless support and continuity for the team.Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders about results, action items, and priorities to build trust.Gather client feedback regularly and act upon the information provided to meet and exceed client expectations.Provide proactive and specific feedback to direct reports by conducting frequent check-ins and shadowing client work as appropriate. Ensure team members consistently have opportunities for learning and career development.Compile, organize, and deliver compelling content for team meetings including industry trends, education for new approaches and innovative ideas, company updates, team brainstorming, and ongoing training.Drive high employee retention and engagement by serving as a leader who strives to ensure every employee feels personally cared for and respected.Paid Media Department Leadership

Assist in delivering Paid Media innovation, best practices, process improvement, and collaboration across media and analytics centers of excellence.Scale Paid Social expertise within the team to develop innovative strategies that help our clients realize untapped, profitable growth.Ensure high quality Paid Media strategy, communication, and deliverables are being provided to our clients, ultimately owning the outcome of your team's work.Serve as an Executive Lead on key client accounts, overseeing the quality of our cross-channel product, coaching the integrated team, driving value to ensure year over year client retention, and monitoring ROI Revolution's profitability.Remain up to date on emerging Paid Social trends and tactics and influence how they enhance and evolve our service.Facilitate teaching and training the team on new Paid Media tools, tactics, and technology, ensuring team-wide compliance when appropriate.Participate in the hiring process for additional Paid Media team members, ensuring we continue to hire highly talented individuals who share our core values.Company-Wide Partnership/Leadership

Integrate with other Paid Media and optimization services to create a cohesive, cross-channel experience.Meaningfully participate in management training meetings and use takeaways to implement positive changes within your team.Collaborate with Sales as the primary point of contact for Paid Social to onboard new clients and participate in client pitches as needed.Collaborate with HR and L&D to onboard and train new team members.Ensure all team members are aligned with company goals, vision, culture, and core values.Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Paid Media advertising with at least 2 years executing Paid Social campaigns for ecommerce brands spending at least $100k/month2+ years of leadership experience, directly managing a teamBachelor's degreeEssential Qualifications :

Must be a confident self-starter, team player, innovative problem solver and be able to manage multiple projects at once.Problem solving skills and an aptitude to "run toward problems" to help your team.Successful track record of delivering positive results and growth for brands through innovative digital strategies.Demonstrated experience directing large and complex Paid Social campaigns with a performance marketing focus.Customer-centric focus with the ability to drive client retention and happiness.Proven expertise in creative strategy and testing to achieve results on social media platforms.
