Summary:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, aimed at expanding our market share and enhancing brand awareness in the USA. You will be instrumental in creating compelling narratives about our services and global network. Working closely with marketing agencies, trade partners, corporate clients, and cross-functional teams, you will drive the success of our marketing initiatives. (On-site/Manhattan, NYC) Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development:
Lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the airline business objectives, integrating both digital and traditional media. Campaign Management:
Direct and monitor all marketing campaigns, ensuring innovation and timely execution. Manage both co-marketing initiatives (e.g., with OTAs, TMCs, consolidators, tour operators…) and organic campaigns to effectively reach target audiences. Event Oversight:
Coordinate and participate in trade shows and promotional events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
Market Analysis:
Perform in-depth market research to capture industry trends and competitor actions, crafting actionable, data-driven strategies. Budget Management:
Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact initiatives to maximize ROI. Qualifications: Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred. Relevant Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the travel or airline industry. Campaign Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns. Analytical Proficiency:
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to inform strategic decisions. Creativity and Passion : Highly creative mindset with a strong passion for travel and innovation in the aviation sector. Adaptability:
