As a Digital Marketing Coordinator within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and emerging digital trends. This position will work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies aligned with overall objectives. Digital Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. SEO and SEM: Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to develop and promote high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions. Website Optimization: Ensure the company's website is optimized for UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine visibility. Implement A/B testing and other techniques. Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors to supplement internal resources and capabilities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams, sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing initiatives. Conversion Strategy: Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns and increase conversion rates across all channels.
Job Description Under direct supervision, assists in the coordination of basic marketing program execution. Develops a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies and ability to implement established programs/initiatives. Assists in the coordination and execution of marketing programs/initiatives, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Assists in data collection and synthesis in order to identify trends. Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework. Follows established processes and protocols including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
