We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician to provide critical support for the JNWC. The selected candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTC systems within a secure environment, ensuring reliable and secure communication channels for mission-critical operations. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strict adherence to security protocols, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.
VTC Technician ResponsibilitiesThe VTC Technician will provide support for day-to-day operations at the JNWCScheduling of classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meetingEnsuring and troubleshooting interoperability of VTC bridges and endpointsCreate and maintain SOP's for utilization of conference center equipmentIdentify and execute process improvements to improve operational efficiencyInventory management of end user devicesCreate and manage user accountsSupport other associated activities, tasks, and projects in a very diverse and fast-paced test, operations-focused environment.VTC Technician Qualifications
5 Yrs. Relevant experience.BA/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, Information Technology, Communication or Other Related FieldCurrent TS/SCI Security Clearance.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of VTC hardware, software, and network connections.Prior Experience Working with Classified/Secured VTC SystemsPrior experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and endpointsPrior experience Installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC endpointsUnderstanding of DOD Security Regulations, Polices, and ProceduresVTC Technician Desired Qualifications
Security+ certification or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certificationRequired Clearances and Screenings
MUST have an active TS/SCI security clearanceMUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
