Our client is a prominent investment management firm, with their HQ in Chicago and they are seeking a Senior Customer Growth Marketing Specialist to craft tailored marketing strategies that enhance sales channels and client partnerships. This position demands a collaborative approach and a strong commitment to driving business growth through innovative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
• Create marketing materials that align with business goals and client requirements.
• Stimulate product demand through customized marketing campaigns.
• Organize channel-specific events and uphold engagement protocols with key partners.
• Effectively represent the firm's brand in all interactions.
• Collaborate on campaign segmentation and track performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of marketing experience within financial services, specifically channel marketing
• Exposure to working with Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and National Accounts.
• Strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and project management capabilities.
• Results-oriented with a focus on data-driven marketing strategies.
