JOB SUMMARY: The Client Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for managing and executing on the development of marketing strategies that support revenue targets of the Sales and Account Management teams, supports client day-to-day needs, as well as the growth and retention of the client base as it relates to marketing needs conveying company updates, product information and initiatives.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Collaborate with account management on client needs and opportunities to enhance the client partnership, explore and support opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and overall strengthen relationships.
  2. Oversight of Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities in conjunction with Sales Operations and Account Management to support salesforce contact extractions and distribution, account management questions, feedback and compiling results; including but not limited to supporting presenting and socializing to employees and strategizing impact of results.
  3. Oversee the Executive Business Review (EBR) presentation with quarterly updates from cross functional team of product marketing, corporate and industry updates. This includes necessary customized materials per client.
  4. Support Account Management and Sales on presentations and materials as needed, specifically National Account EBR preparation. Prepare materials in alignment with account team, and attend cross functional leadership team meetings to understand client presentation flow of agenda and objectives; make recommendations as appropriate
  5. Management and messaging for client-facing assets including oversight of sales and new business marketing materials to support prospecting initiatives (ie New Business Presentation, Sales brochure, etc.) including the creation and ideation of new materials to support revenue growth
  6. Create client communications as needed and leverage various distribution platform(s) if required; explore opportunities to better arm Sales and Account Management to support future communications.
  7. Support client activation of events at tradeshows and conferences as needed (materials, experiences and themes; content and speaker selection)
  8. Support and oversee client contact lists with account management as needed for marketing campaign execution
  9. Produce client case studies including identifying and pursuing opportunities, interviewing/translating client stories and bringing the story to market as appropriate.
  10. Network updates and provider communications support with recommendations on how best to approach this very imperative partnership for MultiPlan
  11. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  13. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE: The incumbent will be responsible for highlighting our customers' success through creative and compelling storytelling. He or she will help capture, craft and highlight the success of our customers to build confidence in our solutions and amplify our leadership in the market. The candidate will also support product and company communications to and for our customers.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $110-115K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
