Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.Estimate cost and schedule for Design Scope Item Requests, pursue P&G engineer's approval, and prioritize execution within the CDE Team with input from P&G Platform Engineering Leadership.Deliver comprehensive periodic updates on design status and schedule to P&G Platform Engineering Leadership, trend cost and schedule per Design Scope Item, and communicate changes when necessary.Manage cost allocation for design scope by implementing an accurate cost reporting system for design costs and publish monthly reports on spending per Design Scope Item.Lead efforts in continual improvement of work processes by streamlining interactions between the CDE Team and P&G Engineering community.Ensure quality control for CDE Team execution by reviewing deliverables for accuracy and adherence to design scope requests and P&G design standards; provide feedback to team members.Oversee CDE Team staffing, manage headcount to meet design execution requirements, and make recommendations for changes or upskilling opportunities for underperforming resources.Collaborate with P&G CDE Team Project Manager on resource change recommendations, and train and onboard new CDE Team members.Requirements:Experience in Machine design, packing, technical drawings, BOMs & GD&T.Experience with P&G SPiDER Design System and SAP Technical Database preferred.Experience in Solid Edge, JT2Go, AutoCAD.Strong planning, estimating, and scheduling skills; strong communication skills.MS Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).Additional Qualifications:Demonstrated leadership capability for teams of 4-8 members.Demonstrated project management skills, preferably in Agile, Lean, or other methodologies.Ability to efficiently and effectively work and lead team from remote locations.Demonstrated high attention to detail.Job Type:
