Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Content Designer, for a leading company in the Fintech space. For this role, the content designer will support the company's digital identity space, including security features for open banking and card scan reviews. We can pay $50-69/hour. This role will include:
Planning and write U.S. English content for web, mweb, and mobile experiences (across all touch points including navigation and user interface copy, emails, in-app notifications, chatbots, and help).
Transform global product requirements into a content strategy for meeting business goals and solving real customer problems.
Present your work and articulate your approach to teammates, product owners, and other stakeholders.
Partner with Design on page layout, interactions, visual tone, and accessibility standards.
Coordinate content with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure we create a consistent end-to-end experience.
Partner with Legal and Risk to deliver content that complies with regulations.

-10+ years of experience in UX writing and content design
-experience leading workstreams
-experience using Figma
-enterprise level experience
-experience working cross-functionally with many different teams
-clean and well-organized portfolio to show
-has experience being consumer facing -previous experience at a fintech company null
