Job Description:About Us: At LIU Dining, our team is dedicated to providing students, faculty, and staff with exceptional dining experiences. We aim to enhance campus life with diverse, nutritious, and delicious food options, and we're looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to help us showcase our offerings and engage our community.Position Overview: The College Dining Services Marketing Intern will support our marketing team in promoting dining services on campus. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a passion for marketing, food, and campus life. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and event promotion.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the dining services website. This includes writing copy, designing graphics, and producing video content.Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments. Help develop strategies to increase follower engagement and grow our online presence.Event Promotion: Help plan and promote dining events, such as themed dinners, special promotions, and campus-wide food festivals.
