We are committed to positively impacting lives, improving our communities, and challenging industry standards.Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in producing accurate, high-quality artwork for a wide range of projects, from complex production assignments to final layouts. This role involves incorporating branding guidelines into various deliverables, such as OOH ads, digital content, brand and sales collateral, postcards and more. Working closely with our marketing and sales operations teams, the Production Artist will play a key role in bringing our brand's vision to life through meticulous design execution.Key Responsibilities:Production Execution: Transform creative concepts into pixel-perfect designs for OOH, digital, social media, and other formats. Develop final production layouts that meet technical specifications.Asset Management: Retool assets, create new versions and templates, and develop production guideline documents.Image Editing: Retouch and edit images for color correction, layering, and other technical adjustments to meet project requirements.Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets align with brand standards and style guides, delivering error-free and cohesive designs.Collaborative Work: Work from sketches, rough digital layouts, and ideas generated in meetings to create polished final assets.Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, brand, digital, project management, events, photography, and content teams.Project Management: Deliver assigned work on time, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are regularly updated.Process Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest production tools and techniques to drive efficiency and enhance output quality.Problem Solving: Act as a self-starter, proactively addressing issues and questions as they arise.Asset Cataloging: Organize and manage produced images and graphics for future use, ensuring easy access and proper cataloging.DAM Management: Assist in establishing and managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for seamless workflow.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in an ad agency or in-house marketing/agency department.Attention to Detail: Strong concentration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail.Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating mechanical work and assets created across multiple channels.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.Team Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams on creative and production projects.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.Why Join Stickler Properties?
