DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - US & EUROPE CONSULTING SERVICESSTQ Partners are currently retained by the pre-eminent market-leading medical & travel security services company in the world.Established globally in over 80 countries with over 10,000 employees- they have an enviable reputation.We seek an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic; globally focussed business working on impactful and unique campaigns.The Marketing Manager, North America, Europe, and Africa, leads global health and security consulting marketing initiatives. You will create annual plans, manage strategic projects, and drive brand awareness and client engagement.The role spans digital marketing, social media strategy, and aligns closely with commercial goals. Strong brand ambassador duties are essential in building client relationships.Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Plan : Implement and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the brand and boost client engagement.Global Marketing Initiatives : Lead the creation and execution of cross-functional global marketing programs, aligning with commercial objectives across key areas.Regional Support : Support regional consulting practices in positioning new services/products by developing local roll-out campaigns and strategies.Event Planning : Develop and manage a calendar of strategic events, including speaking engagements at major conferences and client-facing events.Digital Campaigns : Lead digital and social media marketing campaigns, including lead generation, brand awareness, and email campaigns using platforms like Eloqua and Salesforce.Market Intelligence : Implement competitor and market analysis to inform marketing strategy, driving actionable insights for regional teams.Content Development : Collaborate with SMEs to produce high-quality marketing content such as webinars, case studies, blogs, infographics, and videos.Client Engagement Monitoring : Define and implement tools for tracking client experience, ensuring data-driven decision-making for content and campaigns.Brand Consistency : Maintain brand alignment by ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging across all platforms and materials.Thought Leadership & SEO : Oversee the development of thought leadership content, managing SEO strategies for the corporate website and ensuring relevant content is promoted across channels.Qualifications/Experience:B2B Content Development : Extensive experience in creating compelling B2B marketing content, including articles, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and multimedia formats like videos and podcasts.Digital Marketing Proficiency : Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Eloqua, SFDC, Sitecore) and design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to drive successful campaigns.Project Management : Exceptional time management skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively.Communication and Analytical Skills : Strong numeric, written, and verbal communication skills, along with excellent analytical abilities and business acumen.Adaptability and Pressure Handling : Agile mindset with the ability to adapt, network effectively, and maintain performance under pressure.Cultural Awareness : Experience working in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment with the ability to navigate consensus-driven work cultures.Relevant Work Experience : 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the professional services sector, with budget management and a proven track record of success.If you want to work in a scalable; dynamic environment with lots of scope for global opportunities- we want to hear from you.
