Non-Exempt, Salaried | $47,500 - $57,100
The
Marketing Coordinator
will support the global organization in all marketing tasks to promote a target consumer centric image of the KJUS brand. Individual will support product and sales marketing for ski, golf, and lifestyle categories with a primary goals of increasing brand awareness and revenue performance. This position will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning, Execution, and Strategy
Event planning support of global sales meeting, trade shows, and partnership events
Plan details and logistics for in-store events, working with buyers and retail marketing team
Support fashion shows, golf tournament events, preparing sample line-up, marketing collateral, and on-site brand representation
Support photoshoots including, but not limited to: Brand, Ecom, and DTC Catalog
Trade show support (team lodging, credentials, booth imagery, merchandising, set-up/teardown, etc.)
Track spending versus budget while coordinating with finance on invoices
Support GTM campaign ideation and implementation
Coordinating non-U.S. marketing initiatives with European team
Brand and Sales Support
Supporting sales reps while presenting product and collections to retailers in showrooms and during trade shows
Book client travel, models, and food and beverage as needed for line showings
Create and prepare materials for sales appointments: workbooks, sales decks, prior year purchase charts (with customer service), and visual slideshows
Support with steaming, organizing, and prepping samples for photoshoots
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Product Marketing
B2B and B2C Product Copywriting and ensuring accuracy in PIM platform
Compiling Product Data Files and Imagery for clients
Marketing Material Creation and Delivery
Coordination of ordering of print products including workbooks, product marketing cards, fliers, etc.
Pack, prepare, and ship marketing packages (workbooks, material, product for events, media, retailers, etc.)
Liaise with customer service to ensure timely delivery of marketing-related product
Obtaining bids and help processes for marketing needs (photographer, shop-in-shop, POS tools, etc.)
Assist in-house photo team with content merchandising and on-location photoshoots
Apply Project Management skills to supporting the Creative Team with workflow and design needs
Public Relations
Work with editors and other media contacts to place print ads, commercials, etc.
Coordinate graphics and images with the graphics department, ensuring cohesive brand guidelines for ads for media, magazine editors, and POS
Prepare and distribute press kits to editors and other media personnel. Support Sr. Marketing Mgr. with all Press/PR needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, high school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in marketing
Minimum 1 years of marketing experience in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred - moderate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Extended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional lifting
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
A passion for the outdoor sports industry, especially skiing and/or golf
