Manager, Visual Merchandising Production - Calvin Klein
Manage the production process for 2D/ 3D initiatives (fixture and lightbox roll outs, instore and window activations, and pop-ups) for all Calvin Klein stores (Retail, Wholesale, Full Price) and licensee brands in our Wholesale locations.
Responsibilities:
Manage production for all North America 2D/3D store rollouts (amplifications / activations / pop-ups / instore props) and fixture roll outs to ensure quality standards, budgets, and timing are met
Create all distribution files for seasonal activations and release to vendors
Support concept via rendering and versioning
Collaborate with global design team on materials, complexity of design and 3D structures, production techniques, engineering options in parallel with design schedules – own development process in partnership with concept team.
Bid out to vendors in partnership with procurement (when necessary)
Drive sample approval process with vendors
Communicate with vendors for production details, budgets and timelines
Coordinate and support all installations for stores and showrooms and attend installs as needed (overnight/early AM/ travel necessary)
Collaborate with Ops and Field team to communicate all project details, schedules, and logistics
Partner with field visual managers, district managers and field organization on business opportunities
Update and maintain fixture library
Manage digital filing/archives of all elements and project information
Partner with VM team on prop needs for all showrooms
Support field requests associated with visual elements
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Visual Production and Creative Project Management experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2D/3D Production and Installation Experience with premium product
Demonstrated knowledge of materials and cutting-edge production techniques and ability to continue research on innovative methods
Ability to anticipate potential issues at an early stage and proactively solve
Ability to interface with corporate partners and outside vendors with excellent communication skills and able to maintain good vendor relationship
Experience or knowledge of retail schedules
Experience in streamlining processes that result in reduced lead times, preferred
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines
Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Possess a strong interest in retail environments, production, interior design, and new technologies
Highly experienced in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and Sketchup is a must.

Pay Range:$85,000 - $105,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
