HRIS (5135605)Primary Purpose:At Ahold Delhaize USA, our HRIS team is responsible for all HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premise solutions) that support our associate population of over 200,000 active associates. This role will be responsible for functional support through the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, oversight, and governance for all US HR Systems. This position uses HR systems expertise to design, implement, and improve processes supporting US people initiatives for 8 great local Retail Food and Distribution brands, with a focus on user experience and efficiency. Partners with Global HR Tech, Global HR Tech Delivery, and IT counterparts to maintain and enhance the HR systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity, and complying with security expectations to ensure the smooth functioning of HR Processes.Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Duties & Responsibilities:The HRIS Design Analyst ensures all systems are operating effectively, efficiently, and meeting business needs.Accountable for functional development, design, and configuration across the HR technical landscape, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership related to new technology, impact assessments, integrations, or business process changes.Develop, design, and partner with Delivery team to implement all HR-related enhancements, fixes, and projects.This position will also provide daily operational support to various HR functions, such as recruitment, performance, payroll, talent, and compensation.Partner with IT to continuously improve the HR User Experience for HR systems, applications and technology - evaluating the effectiveness of current HR Solutions while leveraging industry best practices.Accountable for review, US impact assessment, and defining testing requirements in partnership with the HR Operations team for SAP half yearly releases.Manage technical review activities to include recommending process changes, creating design and business requirements documentation to submit through the Global, US prioritization, and IT Change Request Processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.SuccessFactors Accreditation or Certification Required.10+ years of HRIS or significant proven analytical experience.5+ years of SuccessFactors Design and Architecture Experience Required.HR System, Configuration & Design expertise Advanced understanding of SuccessFactors Biz X Suite technical structure including foundation object relationships, role-based permissions, and business rule logic.Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging both HR and technical concepts for continuous improvement and process re-design.Preferred Qualifications:MBA preferred.Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred.EC SuccessFactors Accreditation or Certification Preferred.
