Senior Product Designer

You have experience insystems thinking, information architecture and visual skills to maintain a high-quality bar across all steps of the design process and lead by example.Product alignment and prioritization:You influence product and businessstrategyfor complex products by balancing user insights and business goals. You break down complex problems and product needsinto high quality designs and deliver them on time. You work alongside Product Management and Engineering leadership to drive alignment on long term product strategy.Lead design in cross-team partnerships:You drive complex conversations across products and organizations toadvocate for design excellence, sharedpatterns,and design components,leveragingwork of others across the company and connecting the right partners for the right design problems.Design team:You encourage and drive collaboration across the design team, encouraging consistent critique and growth mindset.You're comfortable mentoring and helping other designers.Product team:You lead conversations that advocate for the needs of our user. You can navigate conflicting priorities and feedback, driving consensus and alignment across multiple teams. You can look horizontally across all product areas and identifyopportunities to make connections and leverage the work of others.leadership:You're engaged in conversations withleadership about the status and strategy of your product areas. You communicate clearly and concisely, and are able to adjust your content and style for different audiences. You don't shy away from tough conversations, and are always honest and transparent.
