The Role and What You'll Do:

The Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing for the Official Hospitality Programme of the FIFA World Cup 26™ will be responsible for enabling and supporting our Sales Agent partners in effectively marketing hospitality offerings for the tournament. You will act as a strategic partner to sales agent teams, providing them with the necessary marketing tools, guidance, and resources to drive sales of premium hospitality packages. Your role will focus on building strong partnerships, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering exceptional results through collaborative marketing initiatives.

Partnership Strategy & Enablement:

Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership marketing strategy tailored to our Sales Agent partners.

Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment with the marketing goals of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Programme.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with marketing assets, messaging frameworks, and branding guidelines.

Assist partners in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing efforts.

Marketing Asset Development:

Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop bespoke marketing materials, including brochures, digital assets, video content, and event collateral, ensuring all materials adhere to FIFA's brand guidelines.

Manage the customization of marketing materials for individual partners to support their unique regional and audience-specific needs.

Training & Support:

Provide ongoing support to partners on hospitality offerings, target market segments, and key selling points.

Organize regular workshops, webinars, and meetings to share best practices and marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Set KPIs and performance metrics for partner marketing activities and regularly monitor and analyze their effectiveness.

Report on the impact of partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring partners meet agreed sales targets.

Use data and feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and improve the overall efficiency of the hospitality program.

Compliance & Brand Integrity:

Ensure all partner marketing efforts comply with FIFA's brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations.

Conduct regular audits of partner marketing materials and initiatives to maintain brand consistency across markets.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and creative to ensure seamless collaboration.

You Have These:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in partnership marketing, preferably within the sports, hospitality, or events industries.

Experience working on large-scale sporting events or global marketing campaigns.

Deep knowledge of partnership marketing strategies and execution.

Proven track record of managing large-scale partnership marketing initiatives, preferably within a global event or sports environment.

Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, specifically within major sporting events.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously.

Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for increased effectiveness.

Ability to develop creative marketing solutions tailored to diverse regional markets.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage external partnerships and internal teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$90,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$120,000 annually
