What is the key purpose of a Publisher Account Director?
As a Publisher Account Directorworking on the Enterprise team in New York City, you will manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, delivering exceptional customer service to well established publisher/media organizations to drive growth for our Enterprise publisher business.
What skills and qualifications do I need?
For this role it is essential that you have :
8+ years of client facing experience in digital media (publisher experience preferred)Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholdersTrack record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cyclesStrong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in dataGeneral understanding of contracts and negotiationExcellent people management skills and experience leading a teamAbility to travel up to 20%What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?
As a Publisher Account Director, you will:
Lead a team of Account Managers to deliver excellent customer service and support multiple business initiatives for existing publisher partnersMaintain high client engagement through regular communication, demonstrating your knowledge and expertiseIdentify growth opportunities, create strategic account plans, and eliminate business obstaclesTrack and analyze performance for book of business to ensure all accounts are meeting or exceeding sales plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, technical support) and leaders on projects to drive company growthWhy Taboola?
