Our client is seeking a Channels Marketing Manager (TEMP) for their company. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive conversion and early engagement for customers who shop on both US and CAN. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, ideally with specific conversion marketing experience with a focus on Outbound and/or Affiliate marketing, and has a passion for leveraging data that will inform strategies to optimize conversion and drive early member retention.

You will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with teams in Product, Marketing Operations, User Experience, Creative & Brand, Legal, and Technology. This is a contract position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage all operational tasks to drive acquisition via email and push.Collaborate with partners to engage and empower Affiliates to drive acquisition.Develop and implement conversion-marketing strategies that will drive the conversion of prospects to subscribers.Leverage analytics tools to optimize conversion opportunities in the acquisition flow.Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to onboarding, trial-to-member conversion, retention, and churn.Implement conversion strategies across the company website.Others as defined by evolving business needs for a rapidly growing online business.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of work experience in digital marketing and experimentation.Strong experience in conversion, engagement, and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle.Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies.Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics.Strong creative sensibilities and an aptitude to always look at marketing communications through the eyes of the customer.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA or graduate degree.Acquisition, conversion, and retention marketing experience in a membership model business.Experience in either Email, Affiliate marketing, or both.Skilled in Content Management Systems that manage conversion optimization experiences.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Test and Target, and Optimizely.
