Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) is seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing and enhancing our digital presence across social media platforms and contributing to our digital news site. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, writing compelling content, and driving member engagement through digital channels. Position is on-site in White Plains, NY.

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Content Creation

Write, edit, and publish digital content for news site covering real estate trends, member stories, and industry insights.

Collaborate with leadership team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and is SEO-optimized for maximum reach and visibility.

Work with the communications team to develop press releases, newsletters, and email marketing content as needed.

Partner with graphic designer in the production of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and webinars, to support educational and marketing initiatives.

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our goals and objectives, targeting key audiences such as members, affiliates, and industry partners. Content should focus on pillars Advocacy, School of Real Estate, Foundation, CID, DEI and more.

Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to optimize engagement and growth.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and actively participate in community building on social platforms.

Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and platforms to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital marketing.

Work with members, affiliates, leaders and more to encourage committees and other internal and external stakeholders to share our content through their personal and professional channels.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging, professional content tailored to various platforms and audiences.

Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Passion for real estate or experience in a related industry is a plus.

KPIs:

Increase overall engagement (likes, shares, comments) across all social media platforms by 10% over the first 6 months.

Grow social media followers by 15% across all platforms within the first year.

Update the format for email blasts and achieve a 5-7% CTR on weekly blasts.

Increase traffic to news site by 20% over 12 months.

Improve SEO rankings for key real estate-related search terms within 6 months.

Drive a 10% increase in member engagement with digital content (e.g., newsletters, social media, and event-related posts).

Salary Range : $65k-$80k
