Business Initiative/Purpose:

Enhance the user experience and information architecture of Client’s Open Banking-related digital products to comply with new regulatory requirements and drive impactful business outcomes.

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Role Responsibilities:Lead design activities within cross-functional development teams to deliver industry-leading experiences for clients, teammates, and the business.Participate in design-driven programs to define insights, craft solutions, and advocate for client needs.Design and deliver artifacts across various environments, adhering to design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices while exploring innovative solutions.Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment, understanding broader organizational goals.Utilize storytelling and persuasion techniques to build trust with partners and foster long-term relationships.Stay updated on trends, theories, methods, and processes within the design domain.Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education).Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and rationales for decision-making.Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards.Proficiency in applicable software applications.Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners, and technical teams.Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile.Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.A strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
