Empowerment, teamwork, and innovation are central to its success.Team Overview The Insights Team is dedicated to understanding and advocating for customer needs, conducting research to support customer-led innovation, and driving strategic decision-making across products and experiences. The team collaborates closely with other business functions to deliver insights that inform design, product development, and marketing strategies.Summary The Marketing Insights Analyst - Residential will play a key role in understanding customer needs and supporting data-driven strategic decisions. Reporting to the Marketing Insights Manager, this role will oversee Market Research initiatives to influence product, brand, marketing, and customer programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and curious, capable of managing multiple research projects simultaneously.Essential Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage and execute Marketing Insights projects from inception to completion, including defining methodologies, participant recruitment, survey development, data analysis, and presentation of findings.Develop and design research instruments such as questionnaires and discussion guides that align with business needs.Conduct qualitative research including focus groups, interviews, and user experience testing.Present actionable insights to business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and product development.Organize and manage in-person customer insights events, ensuring valuable feedback is gathered for future strategy and product innovation.Maintain the insights knowledge management system and provide regular updates to ensure accessibility and usability across the organization.Requirements

3-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, market research, user experience research, or management consulting.Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally with a focus in a relevant field such as Marketing, Psychology, Research, or General Management.Advanced expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Proficiency in Marketing Research tools such as Qualtrics and Usertesting.com.Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience in the building materials industry or similar complex industries is preferred.Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Marketing Research, Customer Experience, or User Experience Research.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid business acumen.Demonstrated experience managing multiple research projects simultaneously.Compensation $42-48/hrPosted: Monday, September 9, 2024Job # 1088
