$80,000 - $90,000 / AnnualTotal Compensation (Base + Bonus):

The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $96,000 - $108,000.Equity:

is currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to support and develop a range of marketing initiatives and programs. This newly created role will be integral in shaping and implementing a range of marketing campaigns designed to create new and enhance existing connections with our customers.If you have professional-level experience in marketing management with proven results in engaging, converting and retaining customers; this position could be for you.The Marketing Manager will have the drive and experience to make an impact by delivering key content and messaging through a range of marketing channels while driving customer engagement and conversion. This individual must be a self-starter, possess excellent follow-through skills and have the ability to work well within a team. To be successful in this position, the optimal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional B2B and/or B2C marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, familiarity with Dynamics CRM and marketing automation tools a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business goalsProactively manage end-to-end direct marketing specific projectsOversee the creation of a range of marketing materials and contentFurther develop and enhance the company brandsUtilize marketing tools and CRM to deploy highly effective customer campaignsDevelop and manage the customer marketing database, opt-in/opt-out, preference centers, etc.Monitor strategic KPIs and key digital metricsStay current on marketing and digital marketing/media developments and technology changesEffectively communicate and provide frequent updates to the Marketing Team and leadershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisionsAbility to think creatively and innovateAn effective collaborator able to share/exchange ideas and communicate wellRequirementsProven work experience in executing marketing/digital marketing campaigns (minimum of 3 years)Practical working knowledge of marketing and digital marketing best practicesExperience with customer databases and database management within CRM systemsExcellent analytical and project management skillsAn ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fieldAfter receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.FBM
