Sr. 3D Graphics Designer

will be primarily responsible for applying 3D modeling expertise in the creation of motion graphic design. This role is a key resource for contributing to the creation and development of visual product compositions and labeling production intended for Market-driven packaging, advertising, and digital platforms. They will provide design and production support to various departments including marketing, and product development and management to ensure compliance with regulated procedures and company policies.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWorking independently with minimal guidance, leads collaborates with internal stakeholders regarding original direction, graphic design, revisions, and specifications on final delivery of 3D projects for product commercial readiness.Uses design elements such as color, typography, imagery, layout, and brand guidelines to create visually appealing and effective 2D/3D designs and print-ready artworks.Collaborates with other Designers in the creation and maintenance of product packaging artworks.Proofreads, executes redlines, and contributes to labeling processes, and related activities such as Instructions for Use (IFUs).Performs quality assurance reviews on designs and tracks errors for continuous improvement.Ensures projects are completed promptly and are of high quality.Uses documentation control system to ensure correct labeling is used for all product renderings creation.Maintains and follows best practices for version control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files per department standard work.Stays abreast of new technologies, materials, and applications in the 2D/3D field and shares with the teams.Maintains the Image Library and keeps all assets up to date.Participates in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS) and supports the implementation of actions. Implements EBS tools into department activities and standard work.Enforces and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures including quality and safety.Incidental Duties:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Media Arts, Computer Animation, 3D/Graphic Design, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant work experience required ORHigh school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience required.Relevant work experience must include product prototyping, development, modeling, and animation utilizing 2D and 3D software.Experience working with 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Macintosh OS is highly preferred.Experience supporting products for the global market is highly preferred.Familiarity with Document Control software systems preferred.Skills And AbilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.Technical skills required include: 2D graphics; 3D modeling; and video editing.Excellent time management and proven problem-solving skills.Good analytical skills and ability to solve a range of complex problems required.Detail-oriented and the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists required.Effective project coordination and prioritization skills are required.Ability to quickly learn computer business systems and software required.Strong technical writing skills and ability to translate technical information at all levels of the organization required.Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment required.Physical Demands:
