What you’ll do:

Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Develop and produce compelling content for QuinStar’s website, blog, email newsletters, social media, and product literature.

Optimize website content and manage advertising to drive traffic and conversions.

Grow and maintain QuinStar’s social media presence by creating engaging posts and analyzing audience metrics.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify marketing opportunities.

Lead and coordinate multi-functional marketing projects, working across departments and with external vendors as needed.

Use tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, maintaining QuinStar’s high standards.

Assist in the planning and promotion of QuinStar’s involvement in industry events and trade shows.

Serve as a leader, offering guidance, support, and coaching to less experienced team members. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required per federal requirement.

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience required.

Experience: 7-10 years of full-time work experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of success in Business-to-Business environments.

Experience in a small/medium company environment preferred, with connections to marketing service providers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating content, engaging with customers, and collaborating with teams.

Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to increase online visibility.

Expert in using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter for paid and organic marketing efforts.

Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage customer data.

Knowledge of Excel or other data tools to track and report on key metrics.
