The Graphic Designer II is responsible for designing, versioning, revising, and executing brand deliverables across global MoneyGram marketing campaigns. This position will pick up designed files and build out versions, with an emphasis on new media production and design, swapping out in-language copy, updating legal lines, touching up photos, and replacing images/video. He/she will work cross-functionally to achieve the company’s goals through the brand strategy, voice, marketing, and creative in both digital and retail environments globally. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal and external creative resources, delivering against the brand and creative services strategies. This person will be key in making creative assignments compelling, relevant, and engaging according to the target audience and corridor.

Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.Primary Responsibilities(80%): Adapt, resize, revise, and produce versions of marketing creative to be used across multiple mediums (web ads, POS, etc.) and corridors(10%): Develop original, fresh, and creative concepts to support regional and global marketing campaigns. Concepts may include print, digital, video, etc., with an emphasis on social (role can grow into doing this more as need grows and ability is proven)(5%): Stock photography research, file system management, other research/organization as needed(5%): Project collaboration within the team to ensure adherence to brand look and voice, and alignment with timeline and budgetUphold MoneyGram brand standards across each projectPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in art, design, communications, marketing, or other relevant field, or equivalent experienceEssential SkillsHigh proficiency in the use of the latest versions of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe AcrobatProficiency in the use of Mac OSX, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OfficeA good level of organization – strong in project tracking and responsivenessExperience managing deadlines and multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a culturally diverse environmentIndependent, self-starter who is motivated and organizedGrowth mindset and willingness to learn new thingsQualifications1+ year of creative experience, including graphic design, print and digital, preferably in a global or multicultural environmentPortfolio that reflects high standard of design aesthetic and quality across a wide range of projects and mediumsHigh tolerance for change, flexibility with shifting priorities, resilience, gritAgency experience a plus, but not requiredMust be able to work in Central Standard time zone
